INDHA Health is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shee Atiká Government Services (SGS), an Alaska Native Corporation. INDHA was looking to create a new business offering in the form of an employee incentive program for health track via their mobile app. Through pre-existing Tribal relationships, INDHA began with the target audience of American Indians with the goal of expanding to all underserved populations across the U.S.

Sidebench partnered with INDHA Health to create a mobile app that would support patients with multiple chronic care conditions to improve health outcomes and match them with a health coach to navigate their conditions.

Challenge

  • Effectively target their niche demographic within a larger market of employee incentive wellness apps - meet the needs of this specific group while still being applicable to the general public
  • As a completely new line of business for INDHA Health, our teams help to flush out the product and business processes for how this offering would align within the pre-existing business
  • Define their unique value proposition that would differentiate this app within the existing market

Solution

  • Patients can track their health metrics through bluetooth connect devices or manual entry and visualize all their important health data in one place.
  • The mobile application pairs with a web application for coaches and administrators to connect with patients and monitor health metrics to understand trends and be notified in case of an emergency.
  • Available to self-insured employers to purchase and offer as a benefit to their employees.
